Kiawe’s Asian, Island Fusion menu strives to source only the best produce, seafood, meat, and ingredients. All of our ingredients are hand selected to ensure we use the finest available. At Kiawe, all of our meat is sliced and prepared in house for consistency, quality and control. All food is cooked to order, all sauces are made from scratch.

Executive Chef Eric has 30 years of experience in the culinary industry. Earning his title by working in private clubs, museums, hotels, country clubs and R&D startups. Chef Eric was born and raised in Hawaii. He spent his time fishing, diving and going to the beach whenever he could. Hawaii is where his passion for food and culinary career began. His career led him to Anchorage, AK, Beaverton, OR and eventually Vancouver, WA.
